i am about to hit the sack after a long fulfilling rest day that i but i shall leave you with this before i zip off to lala land. it brought about a fresh new revelation of your love for me. His love for me.

LAZY SATURDAY -

almost had to spend the entire day on the bed because of cramps.

Praise the Lord, i didn't have to.

STARRY FRIDAY!

and so we went for dinner at one of my favorite places with the yummiest meatballs & chicken wings. 

ikea. 

even the sound of its name is like music to the ears. 

pretty new shoes.

ouch. 

even the sound of it is like caution to the ears. 

new stuff look good, smell good, taste good. 

but they don't always feel good, do they? 

well at least for a start. then it can only get better.

LAST CHRISTMAS WITH YOU -

i'm having sad/exciting/happy/mixed feelings abt our last christmas party together as a team. 

it is going to be so GLORIOUS.

and the best that has ever been. 

if any, we'll end the year with a bang. 

it's gonna be AWESOME. 

and you know what? 

i can see it.

.BIRTHDAY BLESSINGS.

sashimi, oysters, tiramisu, creme brule.

so we walked THE LINE tonight to celebrate my mum's birthday. 

and on the way back, we saw the CHRISTMAS LIGHTS. 

this one's my fave. Behold the LIGHT OF THE WORLD. 

JESUS, THE REASON FOR THIS SEASON. 

and so i asked my brother, 5 things he would tell someone about me if they asked and here's what he said. in a heartbeat. (another reason why i love kids! the true embodiment of honesty) :)

1. you often wear leggings

2. you love to shop. you're favorite brands are cotton on & topshop. you sometimes like espirit. me: "i like far east & vivo,ion..." rattling on. him: "i said BRANDS." me: "errr. okay, next."

3. you drive recklessly. (after some laughter&objection, he relented and said, "okayyyy. abit reckless only."

4. you eat almost anything. like daddy.

5. you love to go to work. (AWWWWWW!)

everything he said, is everything i am.

& love & believe in & live for.

oh how i love my little brother :)

went to auntie kim's last dad at dad's recommendation. yum - i love korean food.

not because of korean drama serials, really. cause the biggest fan is really my daddy. and i watch them because i get to spend time with him. it's fun! :)

and makes me wanna go korea, too.

PRETTY LITTLE THINGS

i finally found the perfect little romper - HAPPY! :)

met S for dinner and spotted this shop that i had to go in right away.

and there it was, waiting for me.

the only and only piece that i knew i had to get for my friend's little princess, who will be arriving soon.

BAG BABY

i gently slid into my seat, constantly stealing glances behind to be sure that i kept my distance away from her little one. bumping into an adult by is ok but into an infant - i wasn't gonna take ANY chances. 

until i realized that i "had an infant" myself. 

the brilliant cot-like thingy was actually a bag you could place your bag in. yes, instead of placing it on the floor, hugging it throughout your entire meal or straddling it (albeit uncomfortably) somewhere else. 

thank you din tai fung, because of you - the dumplings just tasted better. 

sometimes the difference is when you know people care :)

MOVING TEETH

the only time you're safe to hear "You're teeth is moving." is when you have braced your teeth.

and so i heard this today and was elated. 45 days into my braces, it was a good report for me. after anointing my mouth from the very first day, i can pretty much eat anything. steak included. still can't eat burgers & hand rolls (my favorite) because i need to bite them in front. oh well, i'm content :)

moment: it's ironic how two couples (strangers to each other) sat beside each other in the same cabin and the boyfriend of one wore the same make of shoes as the girlfriend of the other.

i love to people watch.

love to look, see, learn, observe, think about what you might be pondering. when i take the train, i like to locate an interesting subject and guess their occupation, attempt to read their expression or study what their dressing says about them.

you should try it :) it does reduce the bore factor of my otherwise mundane journey. albeit while plugged in to my ipod. multi-tasking isn't SO BAD when one of the things you're doing isn't talking.
